Established in 1999, Auburn University Club is a locally owned private establishment that is committed to golfing excellence. With our 18-hole championship golf course set on 225 acres of beautiful rolling hills and woodlands, come see what makes us a cut above the rest and why Auburn, Alabama is one of the top golfing cities in the South.
Our Story
When Auburn University Club was founded in 1999 in partnership with the city of Auburn and Auburn University, its charter members were motivated by their goal to create a place where members could enjoy a quality course without forgetting its close ties to the esteemed academic institution.
With the help of former Auburn golfer Bill Bergin, the club was eventually constructed on a rolling wooded terrain spanning 200 acres and centered around the 25-acre Yarbrough Lake and Saugahatchee Creek, which both run along several holes on the course.
